SS-H-1 : Pipe Support - Rooftop Pipe Hanger Support

DESCRIPTION:

Adjustable hanging rooftop pipe support designed to raise mechanical piping (gas lines, water chill lines, electrical conduit, etc.) up off of the roof membrane to prevent damage that can occur from other types of insufficient pipe supports. The SS-H-1 rooftop pipe support compensates for pipe movement due to expansion, contraction, and vibration through the movement of the stainless steel arm. This rooftop pipe support is vertically adjustable so that each unit can be adjusted for optimal performance. The double based design spreads the weight of the pipe over a larger surface area, thus reducing PSI and allowing for heavier pipes to be supported.

COMPOSITION AND MATERIALS:

Base: 16 gauge stainless steel
All thread: 1/2" Stainless steel
Nuts and Bolts: Stainless steel
Unistrut: Galvanized
All other hardware: Galvanized

Standard sized pipe support for a single line:
24" sides
18" crossbar
16" all thread
Clevis size to be specified by customer
**custom sizes available upon request**

HEIGHT RANGE:

Clevis is adjustable from 3" - 17.5" off of roof surface (varies with clevis size)

LOAD:

Total weight per pipe support not to exceed 300 lbs or 150 lbs per base.

SPACING:

No more than 10 ft between each pipe support. Closer spacing may be necessary to prevent loads greater than 300 lbs per support
